Whether a Will is straightforward or complex, everybody needs one. Not having a Will can lead to complications, additional expense and delays in the settling of your estate and therefore directly affect your beneficiaries. For example, many assume that if you don't have a Will, your spouse will inherit everything. Yet that is not necessarily the case. By writing a Will, you ensure those you wish to inherit, actually do so.

We will take you through the process of preparing a Will and can advise you on what you need to do so that your wishes are carried out with the minimum of administration and without paying more tax than is necessary.

You may be concerned about a situation arising in the future when you are unable to communicate your wishes about medical treatment. We can prepare a Living Will for you.
